How can I order?

You can place your order by adding items to your cart. Log in with your details and go through the ordering process. After your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive the order number and summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

Delivery Timing?

We give within 45min delivery service from 9am to 9pm.

Why should I buy online?

By ordering online, you’ll get the prices of the products much faster. This could be a huge timesaver. We also provide same-day deliveries in Quetta City.

What to do for free home delivery?

The free home delivery service is only available for Quetta and for Awail you have to create your account on the website. Then, when you are in the checkout section, enter Quetta postal code. In the postal code section, it will show you a local delivery option on an order above Rs. 1000.

What payment method can I use?

Currently, we support cash-on-delivery (COD), and credit card on-delivery payment methods.

What are the delivery charges? Free delivery on shopping worth 1,000 PKR and more? (Only in Quetta City)

Please be advised that out-of-city orders (cities where Nazar Jan’s Supermarket currently has no branch) will be charged as follows:

Orders of 1kg or less are PKR 160.

Orders above 1.5–5 kg: PKR 800.

Orders above 5.5–10 kg: PKR 1600.

Orders above 10.5kg–15kg: PKR 2400.

Orders above 15.5kg–20kg: PKR 3200.

No, we return products within 7 days only.

Yes, you have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product.

What is the warranty policy?

The length of the warranty varies from product to product. And we don’t do not offer warranty claims.

Not all products come with a warranty. But if the products are available with a warranty, they will be mentioned in the product information.
