Before Order

You can place your order by adding items to your cart. Log in with your details and go through the ordering process. After your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive the order number and summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

We give within 45 minute delivery service in Quetta from 11am to 9pm and other cities deliveries take 2-4 days to deliver.

The free home delivery service is only available for Quetta and for Awail, you have to create your account on the website. Then, when you are in the checkout section, enter Quetta postal code (87300) in the postal code section, it will show you a local delivery option on an order above Rs. 1000.

Currently, we accept the following payment methods for your convenience:.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.

2. Online Bank Payment: You can make secure payments directly from your bank account through our online bank payment option.

We charge Rs. 130 per kilogram for delivery. The final delivery fee will be calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout.

Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan within 2-4 working days.

Yes, before processing the order, we make sure our team calls you on your mentioned number for confirmation.
The length of the warranty varies from product to product, it's claimed by the product company. if the products are available with a warranty, they will be mentioned in the product description. For more information about warrenty you can us on (081 4126008)

After Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by calling 081 4126008 or texting us on WhatsApp at +92 335 7777140.

To return an order, please follow these steps

1. Contact Us: Call our customer service helpline at 081 4126008, available from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 9 PM.

2. Return Request: Our customer service team will assist you in initiating the return process. Please provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return.

3. Return Instructions: Once your return request is confirmed, our team will guide you through the necessary steps, including how to pack the item, the return shipping process, and any applicable conditions.

4. Refund/Exchange Process: After receiving your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per our return policy. You will be notified via email or phone once the process is complete.

Items that fall in the following categories are not eligible for return:

If your return request is not approved we will inform you about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges

Yes, you have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product, and delivery charges are not refundable.

Bank Deposit: Within 7–12 business days after a quality check.
