Refund and Returns

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or you dont want anymore at the time of delivery, please contact us within 8 days.

We can return items within 8 days of delivery i.e, FOR EXAMPLE, if an item was delivered on June 21, we can return it by June 29.

All the items should be returned in their original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with them. All items sent for a return first go through a quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

What is the process of returning item?

How long does it take to get a refund?

Bank Deposit: Within 7–12 business days after a quality check.
Credit Card Reversal: Within 7–12 business days after the quality check. 

What items cannot be returned?

 Items that fall in the following categories are not eligible for return:

  •  Electronic items
  •  Decoration items
  •  Jewelry
  •  Watches
  •  Skincare and Hair care items
  •  Perfumes and Fragrances (including Deodorants)
  •  Toys.
  •  Cosmetics.
  •  All Sale Items.

 What will happen if my return request is not approved?

 If your return request is not approved we will inform you about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.

Do I have to pay shipping charges when returning a product?

Yes, you have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product, and delivery charges are not refundable.
