If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you don't want it anymore at the time of delivery, please contact us within 14 days.
We can return items within 14 days of delivery, i.e., if an item was delivered on May 1st, we can return it by May 15th all the items should be returned in their original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with them. All items sent for a return first go through a quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you for damage claims, For damage claims, please ensure you record a video while opening your parcel. Without video proof, your request will not be processed.

Yes, you have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product, and delivery charges are not refundable.
