How to Make Your Scrub

Empty the sachet powder into a small bowl
For the face, mix 1 teaspoon of powder with half a teaspoon of cream and 1 teaspoon of milk or yogurt into a thick paste
Smooth over damp skin with gentle, circular motions
Rinse off well with water
