GRANS CHAPLI KABAB MASALAΒ 100G Simply mix 1kg of mince with 100gms of Grans Peshawari Chapli Kabab Masala, salt to taste, chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies, along with 2 eggs, maize flour/gram flour, and a tablespoon of corn flour. Combine each component. Give the mixture at least an hour to rest. Form your kababs, cook them, and eat them! BEST FOR: Making gravies, pakoras, and marinating both white and red meat.
